All our wines are essentially fruit driven. The reds are all made from quality grapes in small, open fermenters. Most whites are cold tank fermented without malolactic fermentation. The Wooded Chardonnay undergoes both fermentations in oak barrels. We source the best available grapes.The wines are made with a minimum of chemical additions in accordance with modern community expectations.
